Her real estate journey began by purchasing and renovating foreclosures and small multiunit properties in rural areas—creating affordable housing for underserved communities. Today, she leverages that hands-on experience and eye for value to help investors access high-performing, recession-resilient real estate deals.

Connie is also a certified hypnotherapist and life coach, bringing emotional intelligence, resilience, and focus to fund and asset management. She believes that a strong mindset is critical to navigating market cycles and stewarding capital with clarity.
